Job Description

The Position
You will be responsible for leading a team within our housekeeping department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations.

You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside with management to achieve desired results.

This is a physical, hands-on role, where you are expected to also work alongside the team

Training of new employees

Conduct effective prestart meetings, attend to performance issues, Demonstrate and reinforce safe behaviors, effectively investigate and report all hazards/incidents and injuries

Prepare and submit performance reports and field leadership
The Person
Experience in a similar supervisory role leading a large diverse team

Commercial experience (Hotel, Mining, or Resort environment preferable)
