Blown Film Extruder Operator Location: Brampton, ON
Shift: Weeknight Shift (Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) OR Weekend Night Shift (Friday–Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $24–$27/hour + $1.00/hour Night Shift Premium + $1.50/hour Weekend Night Shift Premium Are you an experienced Blown Film Extrusion Operator, Extruder Operator, or Plastic Manufacturing Operator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with competitive pay and career growth?

Set up, start, monitor, adjust, and shut down extrusion equipment
Successfully “put up the bubble” and maintain stable production
Monitor gauges, temperatures, pressures, and machine settings
