Blending Operator (10 PM-6 AM)

Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $24.45 an hour + $0.75 shift differential

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will operate and support blending equipment to help manufacture food products at our Louisville, Kentucky facility. You will work onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while collaborating with your team to meet daily operational goals.

**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**

+ Load and feed raw ingredients, including 50-pound bags and boxes, into blending equipment in accordance with established recipes and production schedules
+ Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to maintain optimal performance and product quality
+ Perform sanitation and preventive maintenance tasks on blending equipment and work areas
+ Use a forklift to stage raw materials and support production flow
