Description

Job Synopsis: Fill the blender with between 2100 & 2400 lbs of deboned meat. Then add one bag of cure and two bags of salt. Then blend for eight minutes prior to unloading. This position is responsible for recording the ingredients used in each batch.

Descripcion del trabajo: Este puesto es responsable de operar la batidora en MDM. 

Sinopsis: Llenar la batidora con entre 2100 y 2400 libras de carne sin hueso. Y agregar luego un saco y curación y dos sacos de sal. Entonces, mezclar por ocho minutos antes de descargar. Esta posición es responsable de documentar los ingredientes usados en cada carga. Y cualquier otra función asignada por el supervisor.
