Job Description
The Batch Maker / Compounder mixes, grinds, and processes paint batches according to detailed formulas and instructions while strictly following safety protocols and using provided protective equipment. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based production environment where everyone contributes across multiple areas of the facility.
Responsibilities

+ Follow written formulas and raw material measurements with a high level of precision to ensure formula accuracy.

+ Mix, grind, and process paint batches while monitoring hydration times, grinding times, shaft speeds, and blade heights.

+ Recommend process adjustments to improve product quality and production efficiency.

+ Document all batch information, including any deviations from formulas and any additional materials used.
