Blaster (Demolition Specialist)

You will report to the V.P. of the Quarry Division or the V.P. of the Civil Engineering Division.

Salary : According to CCQ (Quebec Construction Commission) rates.

• Blasting operations on various construction sites across Quebec;
• Blasting in urban environments with nearby buildings;
• Blasting using blasting mats;
• Lead and execute blasting operations;
• Complete and submit operation reports;
• Follow safe work practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3–5 years of blasting experience;
• Hold a valid general explosives permit.

SKILLS

• You have a valid driver’s license;
• You have good physical strength;
• You are dynamic and energetic;
• You are resourceful and autonomous;
• You are reliable and responsible;
• You are a team player and respectful of others.
