Tech (Mechanical / Production / Automotive / Design) Technical Skills BIW – Fixture / Tool Design an d Assembly Process Knowledge of Manual, semi-automatic and Robotic welding process Knowledge of Dies & Fixture Manufacturing Process Knowledge of BIW quality parameters, Inspection tools & methods Knowledge of Plastic & Rubber parts process & quality Kn owledge of statistical tools for quality measurement & analysis Knowledge of various Automotive quality Standards (VW / Audi / BMW / Peugeot / TML / Chrysler / Daimler) Tool Skills: Catia V5 Process simulate MS office tools Special Requirements: Executed projects of BIW quality maturation for CV or PV models.
