B.I.T Technician

Job Description

A position has become available within the IMAC Team - Branding and Installs for a Technician to be based in Thurrock. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours over 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Install and uplift all variants of lobby ATMs in line with SOPs and weekly updated schedules.
• Prepare and stage ATMs by loading full software, refurbishing, configuring, testing, and re-branding uplifted ATMs so they are ready to redeploy.
• Attend installs and uplifts for machines and maintain/install bespoke ATM branding across the UK.
• Communicate effectively with various internal departments; provide excellent customer service as a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrate accurate record-keeping, time management, follow procedures and keep up-to-date stock records.
