Job Highlights:
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Location: Hybrid, in person SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - St. Louis as needed 
Qualifications: Experience with EHR preferred, proficient computer skills, and excellent customer service skills
Job Summary:
Obtains information for birth and death certificates reporting and prepares the certificate in accordance with state Vital Statistics rules and regulations. Collects statistics for reporting, e.g. mortality.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies and abstracts information regarding births/deaths to assist in completion of reporting to the State Department of Vital Statistics.
Prepares and electronically submits required reporting information to the State's database.
