Bio Solids Compliance Technician

Job Overview

We are looking for a Biosolids Compliance Technician to manage the recycling of around 550,000 tonnes of biosolids and 50,000 tonnes of clarification sludge annually. The role involves ensuring all operations are performed safely, within budget, and in compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice and assurance schemes.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure all operational activities are undertaken within budgetary targets and regulatory / code of practice / assurance scheme requirements.
• Manage the creation of contracts, Field Risk Assessments, Authorisations and entry in BIO in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with Field Liaison Officers and colleagues from Bioresources Operations and Process to manage sustainable landbank, site stocks, recycling and spreading activities.
