Passion for meeting the pre-determined Key Performance Indicators both Quantitatively and Qualitatively should be the hallmark for this position. Should assist the Manager (TSS) in maintaining a Healthy and Competitive atmosphere within the Team and should never shy away from objective feedback to the Manager on slippages and/or errors in the expected deliverables / performances. It is essential for the Incumbent to posses an aptitude to excel and surpass benchmarks set.

Education & Experience :

Qualification : BE / B Tech in Chemical or Bio-chemical

Experience : 4 to 6 Years in the OEM / EPC space
