BIM Technician

PRICE ELECTRIC is seeking a motivated and innovative BIM Technician (Building Information Modeling) to work on diverse electrical construction projects. This role is ideal for someone wanting to expand their knowledge into 3D modeling, electrical design and coordination in the MEP industry. This individual works closely with project managers, field leaders and the pre-construction department to meet expectations and timelines.



What You'll Do:


+ Create and coordinate electrical layouts based on contract documents

+ Develop 3D models and ensure alignment with project requirements

+ Follow BIM Execution Plans and internal workflows

+ Produce shop and installation drawings

+ Participate in project reviews and print drawing sets

+ Ensure model accuracy and required Level of Development (LOD)

+ Review and support CAD technicians for accuracy

+ Managed deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently
