BIM Specialist/BIM Modeler

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain BIM Design Models and documentation in accordance with DCA's procedures and standards
• Understand and apply Singapore's regulatory compliances, submission requirements and ensuring BIM Submission Models and documentation meets these standards.
• Create BIM library for projects
• Preparations of BIM models with information required by authorities
• Oversee BIM project and coordinate between BIM Modelers/Specialists
• Ensure Modeling Quality Control
• Communication with project team to translate design in 3D models
• Feedback to designers about clashes and other design issues
• Keep and update drawing revisions and drawing registers

Qualities and skills required

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Revit/BIM for architectural projects with office/retail/residential/mixed development experience ...
