• assist in developing and updating 3D building information models using software such as Revit, Autocad, or Navisworks
• Prepare and update BIM drawings, layouts and details based on project requirements
• support coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP models to ensure accuracy and clash free integration
• work closely with engineers, architectss and designers to ensure BIM models reflect current design changes
• assist in conducting model reviews and clash detection using relevant tools
• help maintain version control and proper documentation of BIM Files
• input and manage BIM data (parameters, schedules, quantities)
• support preparation of reports, visualizations and quantity take-offs from BIM models
• follow company BIM standards, naming conventions and workflows
