Overall Function: BIM Modeller & Coordinator

The BIM Modeller & Coordinator is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models to support design, construction, and project delivery. The role ensures that digital models are accurate, coordinated across disciplines, and compliant with project standards, enabling efficient collaboration and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Functions & Responsibilities

• Building Revit content (families) for constructability modelling.
• Providing Revit/CAD application support
• Creating Architectural and/or M&E drawings including 3D Bim Models, Bim Documentation and Workflow.
• Oversee the coordination, data exchange and collaboration of building information modeling (BIM) with project stakeholders.
• Prepare technical drawings coordinate CSD drawings and ensure proper documentation.
