BIM MODELLER (MEP) - FULL WFH POSITION BASED IN MALAYSIA

Role Description

This is a
full-time remote
position for an
MEP BIM Modeller
based in Malaysia. Although this is a remote position
you are required to be based in Malaysia
for occasional on-site meeting / office team meeting.

You will be supporting a major international project, focusing on high-detail modeling and asset data integration. The primary focus of this role is the development of
LOD 500 (As-Built)
models, specifically for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that the digital models accurately reflect the physical installation and are populated with the necessary FM (Facilities Management) data.

Responsibilities

Modeling & Data Entry:
Develop and update MEP models in
Autodesk Revit
to
LOD 500
standards.
