BIM Modeller (HDB Projects) / Up till $5000 basic

• Up to $5000 basic + variable bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
• Working days: 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm and Saturday, 8am to 1pm)
• Working location: Central

• Develop and update BIM models
• Produce drawings from BIM models
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors
• Detect clashes and resolve model issues
• Support site construction using BIM information
• Prepare authority submissions and shop drawings

• Formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Training Certification)
• Possess at least 2 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering or construction firm of a large project.
• Relevant experience in HDB PBU projects.
