BIM Modeler

Overview

The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) content to support project design, coordination, and execution. The role focuses on producing accurate 3D/4D/5D models, drawings, and documentation that comply with Wastech Engineering’s project requirements, standards, and client expectations. The BIM Modeler will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and consultants to ensure seamless design integration and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development & Documentation

  • Develop, update, and manage 3D models (structural, architectural, MEP) using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools.
  • Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings from BIM models.
  • Ensure accuracy, level of detail, and compliance with project BIM standards and client requirements.
