BIM Modeler (Revit + Point Cloud Experience)

Overview

We’re looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience working with point cloud data and drawing up BIM models in Revit, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D BIM models in Revit 2025 using point cloud scans
• Work with LGSX files and import them using the Leica Cloudworks plugin
• Interpret and convert point cloud data into precise architectural and structural models
• Collaborate with remote teams and clients to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Maintain model integrity and compliance with project standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Revit (preferably 2025)
• Solid knowledge of point cloud modeling workflows
• Familiarity with LGSX files and required software/plugins (Cloudworks)
• Detail-oriented and efficient with remote work communication
