BIM Modeler - Plumbing

We‘re on the lookout for engineers who have strong proficiency in ArchiCAD and/or Revit, and are keen to pursue a career based on BIM skills. Immediate availability would be additional value.

The criteria and JD is thus:

• Experience: 1+ years of professional, post qualification experience
• Education: B.Tech/Diploma +
• Discipline: Plumbing modelling

Skills:

• Above average understanding of Plumbing design concepts, project detailing and development, execution and technical drawing
• Above average skill in Revit modelling of Plumbing disciplines up to LoD 400
• Familiarity with allied software such as Navisworks, BIM Collaborate Pro, and CAD applications
• Ability to read and generate Plumbing technical drawings for project delivery and coordination
• Ability to visualize projects through drawings, relate drawings to models and metadata
• Co-relate all of the above ...
