JOB PURPOSE

Creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements, and using the models to identify and resolve loopholes
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
● Reviewing consultant design drawings & specification
● Create 3D Model of MEP services and coordinate in Autodesk Navisworks platform
● Create Revit Generic Family
● Electrical Design & Detailing
● Prepare BOQ/Quantity Take off/Installation Drawings

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
 ● Diploma –Electrical, - Electrical and Electronics
Experience ● 6-10 years

Technical Skills
● BIM Software
● Autocad 2D & 3D Modeling
● Revit MEP
● Navisworks
● Data Management
