BIM Modeler

We’re looking for an experienced BIM Modeler (Electrical) to support ongoing construction & data center projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create & manage 3D BIM models for Electrical/MEP using Revit/ArchiCAD
• Coordinate BIM model updates with project teams
• Perform clash detection and resolve design coordination issues
• Produce drawings, documentation, and project deliverables from BIM models
• Ensure BIM standards and best practices are followed

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM (Electrical discipline)
• Proficient in Revit / ArchiCAD (AutoCAD is a plus)
• Strong coordination, problem-solving & communication skills
