This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy and architectural practice, requiring both deep technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills. You will shape how our teams work, building workflows, mentoring staff, and enhancing standards, while keeping Shepley Bulfinch at the forefront of the industry. We are open to candidates located anywhere in the continental United States, with a preference for individuals who are regionally proximate to one of our studio locations to support collaboration, team engagement, and occasional in-person activities.
