Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit models for Building Management System (BMS) and controls.
  
• Model DDC controllers, sensors, transmitters, actuators, dampers, valves, and instrumentation.
  
• Route conduit, cable trays, and control wiring including network and power cabling.
  
• Create accurate control panel models with required clearances and mounting details.
  
• Coordinate BIM models with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.
