BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated BIM Coordinator to join our team in Sussex, New Brunswick . The role involves supporting our modular home design and engineering team in BIM, ensuring that design intent, engineering requirements, and factory outputs remain aligned, accurate, and buildable.

This is a hands‑on role focused on the early implementation process, developing and programming library content, templates, standards, workflows, and ongoing maintenance and data management across the design and production process. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a structured, sequential BIM environment.
