We are seeking a motivated BIM Coordinator to support our modular home design and engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM library content, standards, templates, and model organization that supports architectural, structural, MEP drawings and details as necessary to fabricate residential and commercial buildings per customer specifications
• Ensure models are suitable for required outputs (documentation, coordination, fabrication, or IFC exchange)
• Identify and resolve modeling issues, warnings, and inconsistencies
• Use BIM tools, scripts, or built-in automation to improve efficiency
