BIM Coordinator

We are looking to onboard a BIM Coordinator – MEPF for a Delhi location project site.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with GC, contractors, vendors, and site teams

• Execute and drive BIM processes at site level

• Support construction and site execution activities through BIM

• Review and validate contractor/shop models

• Develop and manage BIM models from LOD 300 to LOD 500

• Ensure multidisciplinary coordination and clash resolution.

• Maintain model quality, standards, and project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in MEPF BIM Coordination.

• Hands-on knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.

• Experience in construction support and site coordination.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
