BIM Coordinator (Digital Practice)

• Advocate for advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice.
• Lead BIM project delivery. Work with BIM Manager to execute process of exchange, collaboration, and clash coordination with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Production and maintenance of BIM models for project deliverables, authorities’ submissions, and documentation.
• Lead BIM coordination and clash resolution.
• Ensure quality of model using company and project BIM standards.
• Guide project teams and execute development plan to improve digital practices.
• Improve processes, content, best practices, and techniques of BIM related tool.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, or its equivalent with minimum 4 (6 for Senior) years of relevant consultancy experience.
• At least 2 (4 for Senior) years of project experience as BIM Coordinator.
