BIM Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to support our project team. In this role, you will manage Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models for electrical.
• Ensure BIM processes comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), company standards, and industry best practices.
• Conduct model checks, clash detection, and coordination using software such as Navisworks and Revit.
• Update, maintain, and manage model versions and BIM data integrity.
• Support project teams with BIM-related technical guidance and troubleshooting.
• Prepare BIM reports, drawings, and visualizations for project submissions and presentations.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to resolve modelling or coordination issues.
• Participate in coordination meetings and present BIM findings when necessary.
