Bim arch & mep modelers and bim coordinators

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM ARCH & MEP Modelers and BIM Coordinators at BCE located in Chennai. The Modeler will be responsible for creating Building Information Models, architectural modeling, mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) modeling, and generating construction drawings.
Qualifications
Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture skills
Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling skills
Experience in creating construction drawings
Proficiency in software tools like Revit, Auto CAD, and Navisworks
Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Schedule: Day Shift
Supplemental Pay: Overtime Pay
2-10 years of experience in BIM Arch & MEP Modelers and Coordinators
