Job Description
Responsible for ensuring that the company's customers are billed accurately and in accordance with established guidelines. The Senior Billing Analyst will also work closely with other B2C analysts and specialists to manage customer receipts, disputes, and escalations to local operational and finance teams.
Reports To
SSC Manager / Order Management Manager
Specific Responsibilities
Oversee the billing process, including invoice generation, account reconciliation, and review of billing data.
Review and manage large datasets to ensure customer billing accuracy.
Establish and/or maintain contracts, billing rules, and transactions.
Investigate and resolve complex billing issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional peers to ensure accurate and efficient billing practices.
Assist in the training and development of other Billing Analysts.
