Billing Specialist with English and Dutch

Our client is looking for a Billing Specialist to become part of their team. In this role you will play a key player in the order?to?cash cycle by preparing accurate invoices, resolving billing issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial standards.
Specific Responsabilities:
- Generate and process customer invoices according to contract terms and company policies
- Ensure unbilled items are issued on time, meeting SLA and target requirements.
- Review billing data for accuracy.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, credit memos and customer inquiries,
- Promote portal usage and drive improved connectivity to enhance billing quality.
