Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Billing Specialist to support and grow client relationships within our utility submetering business. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical billing knowledge with a relationship-driven account management approach.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted point of contact for property managers, owners, and operators, helping clients navigate utility billing processes, resolve account issues, interpret meter data, and ensure accurate invoicing. NetSuite experience is highly preferred.
