Billing Officer

your responsibilities will include:

·Provide an exceptional billing service by maintaining accurate and efficient billing workflow processes in line with One Healthscope best practice

·Provide an exceptional collection service by maintaining efficient and effective collection workflow processes across Billing Health Funds, Workcover, DVA, Third Parties etc.

·Prioritise daily billing in line with KPIs, ensuring completion and accuracy of all relevant documentation, preparing and utilising billing data and reporting, and providing assistance as required.

·Prioritise the collection, follow-up and monitoring of debt in line with KPIs, preparing and utilising collection reporting, completing reconciliations including daily banking, and providing assistance as required.
