Billing Manager

Job Description

The role will manage and oversee the process assigned across all regions of the Global Pool Billing Processes. The role will be overseeing the Billing processes and sub-processes with a team of project billers which perform a variety of operational activities that supports the completion of Finance activities in compliance with the service level agreement. The role will be driving strategic Finance Transformation initiatives and continuous improvements as well as managing the appropriate metrics to ensure the right level of service delivery.

Accountable for establishing goals and objectives of the team and providing proper level of support to ensure achievement of set goals and objectives.

Oversee processes and develop plans to ensure timely and accurate completion of services in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
