Billing Clerk

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join a finance team in White Plains, New York within the food and food processing industry. This Long-term Contract opportunity focuses on reviewing customer deductions, validating bill-back activity, and coordinating with internal partners to resolve account discrepancies accurately. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:
• Investigate customer account variances by gathering documentation and clarifying details with sales, customer operations, consumer insights, accounts receivable, and external customer contacts.
• Examine chargebacks, deduction requests, and credit-related claims to determine whether they are accurate, supportable, and authorized.
