**RESPONSIBILITIES** **:**

+ Ensure that statements are sent in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy to minimize calls to district CSRs.
+ Support WCI users and customers in the use of our online bill presentment/payment website.
+ Offer suggestions for improvement and work with website host to implement changes to enhance our customers’ online bill pay experience.
+ Reconcile revenue figures and aging's with legacy reports.
+ Work with other departments to ensure correct billing.
+ Perform bi-weekly reports to prepare accounts for billing. Will analyze the data and make corrections as needed.
