Join our team as a Billing Analyst focused on hospitality finance. You'll manage invoices, maintain accounts, and support the Credit Manager in outstanding accounts.
This role requires accurate and timely preparation of various client invoices. Engage with clients during on-site invoice reviews and maintain organized AR files in the Accounting office. Your contributions will support our finance leadership team on projects and improve overall financial accuracy in a friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and follow up on client invoices accurately
• Attend client meetings for invoice reviews
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records
• Assist in the collection of outstanding accounts
• Ensure timely application of payments to accounts
Requirements:
• College degree in Business or Accounting required
• Strong customer service and accounting skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with PMS Opera Cloud preferred
