Billing Analyst (Back Office)

The Billing Agent I will be playing a major role on a Global Billing Team with team members in

Canada, Australia, India and South Africa (and growing); servicing our world wide clients by

issuing accurate and timely customer invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Working with Billing information to create and update contracts in WorkDay
• Update existing contracts with new information eg PO numbers, rates, quantities etc
• Be responsible for ensure all changes made in our operating system are imported into WorkDay
• Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and perform root cause analysis.
• Documentation of processes and instructions.

Qualification:

• At least College Graduate related with Accountancy, Finance etc.
• With at least 1 year of related experience
• Amenable to work in Cubao, Quezon City
• Amenable to work Onsite during probationary period
