Join Insight Global as a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst, supporting IT operations across corporate users and retail locations in New Brunswick. Deliver excellent customer service and technical support daily.
This role involves acting as the first point of contact for IT incidents under the guidance of the Service Desk Manager. You'll support both hardware and software needs while prioritizing and managing multiple issues. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams and create documentation.
