Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication on timelines, procedures, and accounting needs.
• Address client questions promptly and ensure they receive accurate monthly financial statements.

Team Leadership & Workflow Coordination

• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and guide Associates and accounting staff.
• Resolve task-related questions and escalate issues to the Senior Manager when needed.
• Manage and track workload in Asana, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, scheduled, and updated.
