Bilingual Psychiatrist (English/French) – Virtual Veteran Medical Cannabis Consultations in Quebec

This is a remote position. MDSearch is seeking bilingual Psychiatrists (English/French) licensed in Quebec to provide virtual specialist consultations for military veterans and RCMP members receiving medical cannabis treatment. Consultations are requested when additional specialist input is required regarding a patient's prescribed medical cannabis dosage and coverage considerations through Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC). The Psychiatrist will independently assess the Veteran's mental health condition, review relevant clinical information, and provide a clinical opinion regarding the appropriateness of the current treatment plan and dosage. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to support Canada's veteran community through entirely virtual care.
