Many of the families we serve want therapy in Spanish. We need clinicians who can show up for them.

Backpack Healthcare provides mental health care for children, teens, and young adults — all online, covered by most insurance. We're clinician-led and minority-owned, and we're growing fast across Illinois, particularly among Spanish-speaking families who've had too few options for too long.

What this role looks like

You'll carry a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week (you choose part-time or full-time) providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth. ...
