Job Description
We are hiring a bilingual Appointment Setter based in Medellín or Barranquilla to work remotely Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST for our U.S based real estate business.
This role is focused entirely on managing and converting inbound buyer and seller leads inside Follow Up Boss CRM. The primary responsibility is to call every new lead within five minutes of registration, consistently follow up with existing leads through calls, texts, and emails, and update all activity, notes, tags, and pipeline stages inside Follow Up Boss after every interaction. You will be expected to move leads through stages (New, Attempted, Contacted, Appointment Set, Nurture), set follow-up tasks, re-engage older database leads daily, and book qualified appointments directly into the agent's calendar.
