Job Summary

Provide technical support for desktops, Office 365, and Azure-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage support tickets and troubleshoot user issues effectively.
  • Assist users via phone calls and remote support tools.
  • Diagnose and fix Wi‑Fi/network connectivity problems.
  • Perform basic IT administration in Azure, including user and resource management.
  • Maintain IT documentation and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Hands‑on experience with Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and its products such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
  • Basic experience using mobile device management tools, such as Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager.
  • End user support skills for preparing and troubleshooting desktop and laptop computers, printers, etc.
