Job Summary
Provide technical support for desktops, Office 365, and Azure-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage support tickets and troubleshoot user issues effectively.
- Assist users via phone calls and remote support tools.
- Diagnose and fix Wi‑Fi/network connectivity problems.
- Perform basic IT administration in Azure, including user and resource management.
- Maintain IT documentation and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and its products such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
- Basic experience using mobile device management tools, such as Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager.
- End user support skills for preparing and troubleshooting desktop and laptop computers, printers, etc.
