Your role involves ensuring widespread adoption across their organization and facilitating continuous business value from our products and services. By employing an educational and transactional approach, you will position yourself as the go-to person, serving as the trusted point of contact throughout the lifecycle milestones of onboarding, adoption, and advocacy. Equipped with the knowledge needed for customer success, you will be the voice of your customers' training and educational needs, providing valuable feedback to the CSM and Customer Marketing teams.
