Lead impactful implementation initiatives as a Bilingual Implementation Consultant at the Knowledge Institute. This role emphasizes implementation science to enhance child and youth mental health across Ontario.
The Knowledge Institute seeks an experienced implementation consultant fluent in both English and French to coordinate system-level projects, cultivate best practices, and offer expert guidance to child and youth mental health agencies. You will leverage your advanced knowledge of implementation science to develop resources and training for stakeholders. Your expertise will help improve practices and mobilize evidence-based programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation projects using an evidence-based approach
• Develop training materials and resources for the sector
• Provide coaching to agency leaders and teams
• Evaluate and enhance training programs based on feedback
• Build provincial networks to support implementation initiatives
