Bilingual Dental Assistant

We are seeking a Bilingual Dental Assistant to support a busy oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic in Newark, NJ. The ideal candidate will be experienced in chairside assisting, digital radiography, instrument sterilization, and patient care while maintaining compliance with OSHA and clinic standards.

**Location:** Newark, NJ

**Contract type:** Minimum 3-6-month temp/contract role (likely contract extension and/or temp-hire)

**Work hours:** Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

**Hourly pay rate:** $24.00/hr. (non CDA/RDA), $25.00/hr. (CDA), $26.00/hr. (RDA)

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

Seat patients, adjusts chairs and drapes patients with protective covers.

Sets up each unit with proper supplies and instruments needed by postgraduate students during daily patient treatment.

Performs Four-handed assisting with doctor during examination and treatment of patients.

Operates suction equipment.
