We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as an **Bilingual Customer Service Advisor** in **St. Catharines, ON** !

In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll help our client with their customer service and sales needs.

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Achieve sales goals by consulting customers with technical and commercial information
+ Encourage client to go beyond his initial need and requirement
+ Continuously generate sales by quoting according to customer specifications and personal recommendations
+ Following up on customer quotations through regular telephone contact
+ Maintain customer contact through occasional onsite visits
+ Accurately cost items based on guidelines provided by Operations and Accounting
+ Create sales orders in ERP system
+ Re-connect with past customers based on review of historic sales
