Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Important: This is an on-site position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. We do not cover relocation expenses.

A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position.

• Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
• 12 or more months of call center experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Full-time availability
• Valid Mexican documents

• Assist clients with general inquiries related to their car insurance policies.
• Provide friendly and efficient support, helping customers understand their coverage.
• Answer questions and offer solutions to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
